background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #ea0f00;\"><span style=\"color: #ea0f00;\"><b> Toutes nos machines ou \u00e9quipements qui effectuent le traitement thermique \u00e0 la flamme utilisent comme combustible le GPL <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> On appelle <b style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\"> traitement thermique \u00e0 la flamme <\/b> la <b style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\">tecnica di lavoro <\/b> la technique de travail qui permet de contr\u00f4ler ou d\u2019\u00e9liminer les mauvaises herbes, les maladies fongiques, les insectes nuisibles et de st\u00e9riliser la surface du sol trait\u00e9 au moyen de  <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\"><b> CHALEUR <\/b><\/span> g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par une flamme.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000db;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pirodiserbo.it\/index.php\/2025\/06\/27\/tecnica-trattamento-termico\/\"><span class=\"fusion-highlight light highlight1\" style=\"--awb-color:rgba(214,213,207,0);\">Voir : Traitement thermique \u00e0 la flamme<\/span> <\/a><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> Du point de vue  <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\"><b>\u00e9cologique <\/b><\/span> le traitement thermique \u00e0 la flamme est une pratique caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un  <i><span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\"> impact environnemental n\u00e9gligeable. <\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> Comme le GPL br\u00fbl\u00e9 forme exclusivement de la vapeur d\u2019eau et du dioxyde de carbone, la flamme est <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\">transparente<\/span> et exempte de tout ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de d\u00e9gagement de fum\u00e9es, on peut donc investir directement avec la flamme n\u2019importe quel type de sol ou rev\u00eatement qui ne soit pas sujet \u00e0 la combustion, <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\">sans alt\u00e9rer la couleur.<\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le r\u00e9chauffement des couches superficielles du sol, d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le passage rapide des br\u00fbleurs, am\u00e8ne la surface elle-m\u00eame \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature qui ne d\u00e9passe <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas les 80-90 \u00b0C<\/span>, temp\u00e9rature que nous pouvons facilement retrouver m\u00eame aux heures les plus chaudes de la saison estivale. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Les dommages qui peuvent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 la charge de la microflore et des micro-organismes du sol sont donc n\u00e9gligeables; <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">les risques pour les op\u00e9rateurs sont inexistants et le rejet de r\u00e9sidus toxiques dans l\u2019environnement est totalement nul.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> Un autre r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9alisable, du point de vue de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne environnementale, est celui que l\u2019on peut avoir en ralentissant l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Le ralentissement de la vitesse d\u2019application du traitement am\u00e8ne la surface du sol, des pav\u00e9s ou des sols en b\u00e9ton \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">(90-100 \u00b0C)<\/span>; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">\u2022 \u00e9lever la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel point du m\u00e9lange \u00e0 une valeur \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature d\u2019allumage.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b> Pour assurer une <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">combustion constante<\/span>, il faut : <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>\u2022 \u00e9vacuer les fum\u00e9es de combustion ;<br \/><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.24px; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">\u2022 assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation du gaz combustible et de l\u2019air comburant au br\u00fbleur.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\"><b style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\"><u>FLAMMABILITY LIMITS<br \/>\n<\/u><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> Les m\u00e9langes air-combustible ne sont <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">inflammables<\/span> que dans une plage de concentrations d\u00e9finie par la limite inf\u00e9rieure <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">Li<\/span> et la limite sup\u00e9rieure <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">Ls<\/span>.<br \/>\nPlus ces limites sont \u00e9troites, plus le combustible est s\u00fbr puisque ses conditions d\u2019inflammabilit\u00e9 sont inexistantes.<br \/>\nPar exemple, avec de l\u2019air dans des conditions standard : 25\u00b0C et pression atmosph\u00e9rique (1,013 bar) le pourcentage en concentration en volume de GPL n\u00e9cessaire pour donner lieu \u00e0 la r\u00e9action est compris entre 2% et 9% du volume total du m\u00e9lange ARIA &#8211; GPL. Si m\u00eame les mol\u00e9cules se trouvent assez \u00e9loign\u00e9es l\u2019une de l\u2019autre, la mati\u00e8re sera aeriforme (dans le langage commun vapeur ou gaz). <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b> Pour cette raison, les solides ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que les liquides et les gaz. D\u2019o\u00f9 <span style=\"color: var(--awb-color5);\">la capacit\u00e9 des liquides et des a\u00e9riformes \u00e0 prendre la forme du r\u00e9cipient dans lequel ils se trouvent. <\/span><span style=\"color: var(--awb-color4);\">Les solides et les liquides conservent leur volume et sont incompressibles,<\/span> \u00e0 des pressions pas particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es. <span (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e tension de vapeur satur\u00e9e) la masse du liquide et de la vapeur ne changent pas m\u00eame si continuellement des mol\u00e9cules du liquide se transforment en vapeur (vaporisation) et les mol\u00e9cules de vapeur se transforment en liquide (liqu\u00e9faction).<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column Ceci est imm\u00e9diatement reproduit par la masse liquide qui, pendant l\u2019utilisation, s\u2019\u00e9vaporera en se refroidissant.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s la fermeture de la soupape, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre le propane liquide et aeriforme est r\u00e9form\u00e9, avec des valeurs de pression pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9es de celles initiales. \u00c0 des temp\u00e9ratures normales, les pressions sont proches de 10 bars (dix fois la pression atmosph\u00e9rique de 1 bar).
